Questa pagina è una mia piccola finestra aperta verso un mondo nuovo, la mia nuova vita qui in Olanda. Questa è una possibilità che cerco di dare a me stessa per mettermi in gioco, e agli altri per conoscere una cultura amata in tutto il mondo: la cucina italiana. Mi cimento con grande divertimento a rielaborare i piatti tipici della tradizione italiana, non stravolgendo mai la loro identità e il loro tipico sapore, ma adattandoli anche al luogo in cui vivo, alla materia prima, alle esigenze del consumatore. Per questo motivo ho iniziato a studiare la cucina Gluten Free, così che anche l'Italia potesse entrare sulla tavola degli olandesi con esigenze particolari. Non mi resta che augurarvi, Buon Appetito!
