Dear friends of Peultjes+Munt,

as some of you already know, Kathi and Thore are going abroad for one semester.

Kathi continues her studies in Japan, aka the country of culinary perfectionism. She has promised not to come back without knowing how to make a 48-hour-Ramen and how to catch, prepare and eat blowfish – without dying.

Thore is already in Italy. Eating prosciutto, drinking wine and living la dolce vita. We’re certain that he’ll come back with great insight in the preparation of breath-taking pasta sauces, thin and crispy pizza dough and the matching wine arrangements.

Tassos stays in Groningen and runs the supper club alone for a couple of months. He has assured us that he will work three times as hard to make up for Kathi and Thore’s absence. The food will be delicious and the dinners perfect. As always, he promised.

We are looking forward to being back and cooking for you again in February.
