"Since mid-2017 we’ve been hosting casual, fine dinners in our living room. Paired with European natural wines and house-brewed kombucha, our tasting menus offer an opportunity to understand how unexpected flavours can creatively collide. Foraging wild plants and preserving seasonal produce serve as pillars to our project!"

We've decided to launch a delivery service this Saturday!

Chez Toi is a 3 course dinner kit with a fresh beverage and accompanying sourdough bread. The kit gives you the opportunity to take a peak at our menu from the inside; warm and plate the courses yourself with an instructed video of our chef! All you'll need are plates, pots, and a stovetop👨‍🍳

In these times of social isolation, nature can provide sweet relief. With the arrival of Spring over the last weeks, we've started gathering edible herbs and preserving them for use during the long Winter season. Young birch leaves, Japanese knotweed, wild garlic, and ground elder (to name a few) have all been picked from our local terroir and processed in our small kitchen. With lacto-fermentation and vinegar preservation on our side, we'll use these ingredients as garnish and seasoning for upcoming menus 🌿

In light of the many problems faced by our industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to post a short message of encouragement.

Although this crisis does not immediately affect the viability of our not-so-frequent dinners, many of our suppliers and friends in hospitality are finding themselves in extraordinary and unforseen tough times. Persevere, stay strong ❤️

We encourage our guests and followers, among staying healthy, to support your local businesses and their initiatives. During these times it is vital that we help each other out!

As for our events, we have stopped planning for the moment. We intend to monitor the situation and work with the Dutch government's recommendations. We very much hope positive developments will follow!
