AYAM KALASAN/KALASAN CHICKEN
Hello again, guys! This weekend, MAKAN-MAKAN will only open on Sunday and you can enjoy this Kalasan Chicken dish. It is a variant of the Indonesian fried chicken, the difference with the past yellow fried chicken is that this dish uses coconut milk. It also originates from Yogyakarta, Central Java. The complementaries are a bowl of rice and sambal. Expect your delivery at 3-5 pm as usual :) Enjoy!
