DENF Roasters of Coffee gaat zich vestigen als Eindhovense stadsbranderij. DENF gelooft in ambacht, authenticiteit en in het verbinden van mensen. Compleet gericht op de nieuwe dimensie waar gewerkt wordt vanuit respect en vanuit pure liefde voor het product. Dat wil DENF de klant laten voelen en ervaren. Een DENF-er gelooft wat DENF gelooft. De visie, de toekomstdroom wat DENF wil bereiken is om

het merk op de kaart te zetten, onderscheidend te zijn in de persoonlijke service en aandacht. Op een sustainable manier te werk gaan en met de juiste partners te werken wil DENF dit bereiken. DENF wil ook op die manier een bijdrage leveren aan de maatschappij. De missie van DENF Roasters of Coffee is gebaseerd op een unieke coffee ervaring waarbij kwailiteit, beleving/sfeer en het vertellen van het complete verhaal een belangrijke rol speelt. Met het complete verhaal wordt bedoeld, het hele proces van de groene coffee tot de coffee in de kop. Wachtend op een aantal zaken in het proces maar DENF zoekt een locatie waar de Coffee brander in de etalage staat, waar de geur van Coffee de straat lichtjes domineert. De espressobar is in de branderij waar de gast het complete verhaal kan zien, ervaren, proeven en leren. Kennis wordt daarbij gedeeld over de techniek van de ambacht maar ook over de coffee. Eindhoven design stad dus design zal zeker een rol in nemen in het geheel. Kortom, een plek waar je eerlijk en jezelf bent in het "nu" en waar de levensenergie stroomt. Coffee is "Rock & Roll" en DENF combineert dat met een bepaalde stijl en klasse.
