Did you know you can cold brew our Bali Chai Speak in Gold tea infusion? The result is a delicious fresh spicy zesty sparkling tea champagne. All You need is a filter bottle • 3 tea spoons of our Speak in Gold • 1 L hot boiling water • 1 L sparkling water: here’s the trick, prepare a tea extract (syrup) in the filter bottle in the morning. Let it sit and cool off, after 8 hours you’ll have created a syrup —> now add 1/3 of this syrup in a champagne glass together with 2/3 or Sparkling water. Top off with ice cubes. Your non alcoholic summer drink is ready to serve 🥂
