Our focus is creating exceptional Rye Whisky. Located in Amsterdam’s historic Jordaan neighborhood, J.D. William’s Whisky Bar is a family-owned bar that focuses on whisky and whisky cocktails. We stock 250+ whiskies from around the globe and have a seasonal whisky cocktail menu packed with classics and our house recipes. Our kitchen is also a big part of what we do, serving American-Asian comfort

food that is unique to Amsterdam. For those who don’t prefer whisky, we have you covered. We have an amazing selection of craft beers on draft as well as some natural wines and non-alcoholic drinks. Our aim is to share our passion for whisky, so check us out next time you are in the area! The J = Jackson (our oldest son)

We wanted to let you all know that we are moving out of our current space in Amsterdam. This week we will only be open Thursday - Sunday. Sunday 09 June will be our last day. This isn’t a goodbye as we are proud to announce the opening of our whisky distillery in Amsterdam Noord later this month. We will also be opening another bar later in the summer at an undisclosed spot in Amstedam. Stay tuned!
