You’ve probably spotted our carts around Amsterdam... 🚚👀

But do you know what we’re all about?

We bring the dough, ovens and whole setup to you, and bake your pizza fresh, right where you are. At home, at work, at a party, an event or wherever you need us.

From 4 to 500 pizzas, all baked fresh on the spot. 🍕

This is pure Holy Moly lifestyle 🤙

Starting the day with coffee and good talks, getting everything ready for the day's orders and events, sneaking in a slice of pizza and driving around Amsterdam to bring fresh pizza and good times wherever we go.

And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🍕

Last week, we surprised some of our pizzaiolos with a little something to say thank you. 🍕💛

They’re truly the best, so they deserved some sweet gifts! (A few slices of pizza may or may not have been involved too hehe 👀)

Dough.

The quality of the ingredients we use is super important to get that chewy, airy dough that holds all the good stuff on top. We use a low-protein, high-hydration dough, making it easy to digest while keeping maximum flavour in every bite.
