ITALY HARVEST TRIP

two weeks ago, part of our team headed to Tuscany to harvest and make 800 litres of w**e to pour at our places next year!

we are making sangiovese, using semi-carbonic whole-berry fermentation for a lighter elegant fruity style

no additions, and done by hand with aging in ceramic clayver barrel

after the harvest we visited the inspiring w**emakers at Le Boncie and Colombaia, who are making insanely good w**es in this region

huge thanks to the Buondonno and Le Masse families for giving us this opportunity, and to cenerentola chianti for having us

we steamed through MANY many bottles of incredible w**e and we dived deep into the best of the british kitchen

all of the empty w**e bottles we now have left on our shelves is a sign that a good day was had 🤍
