Summer flavours alert!

Holiday hours!

A more practical note between all the crowdfunding excitement: we will be open on all of our regular days for all upcoming holidays (think Easter, ascension day, Pentecost & Dutch public holidays).

We will however be closed one extra day on April 25 - some of our team need a little break, and we don’t have enough staff to cover that!

We hope to see you in the upcoming weeks for special occasions and normal days that deserve a break 💛

Big news: Koffie ende Koeck is expanding!!!

This summer we’re opening Cocoon, brunch place on the Admiraal de Ruijterweg in Bos & Lommer. We’re so excited!!!

Cocoon will be a place for lazy Sundays catching up with your friends, a place for delicious food (think pancakes, French toast & tofu scramble) and good company 💚 We’re also excited to use the extra space to host more community events like crafternoons, book clubs or workshops! (Ideas are very welcome!)

Right now we’re getting everything ready to open our doors this June - and you can help!

To fund the renovations and further set-up of the new space, we’re running a crowdfunding campaign through - you can contribute by loaning us money for the project, or buying yourself something nice in the presale! There is a link to the crowdfunding page in our bio.

More updates will follow (here and on , we hope you are as excited as we are for this new chapter!

This week’s specials: pecan cookies and pandan-almond cake (gluten-free!)

The holiday season has got us in a creative mood, and we’re excited to try some new things again this week 💚

The pecan cookies are similar in texture to our chocolate chips, but with chunks of pecan and cinnamon, instead of chocolate. They go for €2,75 each!

The gluten-free pandan-almond cake is finished with a pandan buttercream and toasted almond flakes 💫 a slice is €4,95

🥨cheese twirls: delicious as is, or heated up in the oven… as cheesy as it gets! €4,50 for a jar of 8

🥣granola: with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts and some winter spices, perfect for Christmas morning and beyond 💕 €3,95 for 200g

Holiday hours! 🎄

Now that December is upon us, we’re all getting ready for the big (& small) holidays that the season brings - and that means some changes to our schedule!

🔴 We will be closed for:
Sinterklaas (December 5th)
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
Boxing Day (December 26th)
New Year’s Day (January 1st)

🟡 we will be closing early (14.00) on New Year’s Eve (December 31st)

🟢 We will be open some additional days between Christmas and New Year’s, adding December 27th & 28th to our usual Wednesday - Sunday schedule!
