Our good old Kees Van Der Westen Spirit 3-group let us down. Before installing a new one we are meanwhile using a La Marzocco PB, coming from our Antwerp city center bar. For those interested in the KVDW Spirit; it's for sale. Of course there are costs involved - not the biggest ones if you can do it yourself - but the price is record low at €1500 (this machine was in our bar for 6 years and well maintained).
