BAK restaurant is woensdag tot en met zondag 18:00 tot 20:30 geopend voor diner en vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag ook van 12:00 tot 13:30 voor de lunch.

BAK restaurant is gevestigd op de derde verdieping van werkgebouw Het Veem. De ingang vindt u op de Van Diemenstraat 408. We werken enkel met lokale producten en serveren een gastronomisch tasting menu. Groenten hebben sinds het begin van BAK (in 2012) een belangrijke rol gespeeld in onze menu's. We leggen de nadruk op wild vlees en vis. Van deze dieren is beter te garanderen dat ze een vrij leven

hebben gehad. Ook gebruiken we op deze manier alleen vlees of vis die op dat moment beschikbaar is. Wij zijn er van overtuigd dat dit de juiste weg is naar een betere wereld. Naast ons menu hebben we voor liefhebbers van (natuurlijke) wijn ook een zeer uitgebreide kaart en kundig personeel dat u hierbij kan begeleiden. Graag tot ziens

This summer, for the first time, we’ll have the opportunity to make use of our beautiful quay for an entire week. To celebrate, we’ll be serving a three-course menu (€55) by the water a nod to where our restaurant first began.

Expect great wines, long communal tables along the waterfront, dishes prepared live on the barbecue, and plenty of summer atmosphere. ☀️🍷🔥
