Tokyo Ramen Takeichi is a ramen restaurant that was started by a group of Japanese and international friends who want to bring the real Japanese ramen experience to Europe. We have devised a special recipe and method to extract the maximum of collagen from the chicken. This makes our broth very healthy as collagen is an important substance for the human joints and skin. Collagen also makes the sou

p thick and creamy , which in Japanese is called "nouko" (spelling "nooko"). To flavour the soup and to add to the health perspective , special sauces are added that provided the umami and salt taste. The salt used is a salt that is rich with different types or minerals and should not be confused with usual table table salt (that is considered to have also negative health aspects). It is our pledge to bring a healthy and made out the finest ingredients ramen experience to Amsterdam. Hence our slogan "Eating healthy has never tasted this good".
