Every journey has its final chapter…❤️
After ten unforgettable years, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to Meatless District.
For ten years, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into changing the way people think about food. By showing just how delicious plant-based cuisine can be, we’ve welcomed even the biggest meat lovers and many left surprised by how little they missed meat.
We’ve truly enjoyed the positive media attention, the famous and special guests who visited us.
Still, not everyone was happy with Meatless from day one. A couple of years ago, an angry poultry farmer once threatened to dump a pile of manure right outside our door. Looking back, it marked an important milestone: eating plant-based is now is widely embraced. We’re incredibly proud to have been part of that journey.
We look back on our success with immense love. Thanks to our fantastic, motivated team and, of course, to you: our incredibly kind guests. We’re going to miss you all so much, but we’re closing this chapter with pride and wonderful memories.
We’ll be open until August 1, and we’d love it if you’d come by one last time to have a meal or a drink with us.
