On 25 May, from the tea gardens of Kyoto, we welcome chajin and friend of the house Takashima-san of to host our first ever Japanese tea workshop.

From 18:00 to 20:30, Takashima-san will guide you through four teas — kabusecha, hojicha, genmaicha, and bancha — paired with a three-course menu including ochazuke, tea ramen and hojicha ice cream.
