Ons nieuwe voorgerecht!
Zeeuwse mossels | watermeloen | pruim | radijs

______

Our new starter! Mussels | watermelon | plum | radish

We first dry the watermelon for two days, then lightly smoke it. This completely transforms the texture and gives it a beautifully intense flavour.

The plums come from our own harvest and have been fermented to add a fresh, subtle acidity. Together with the Zeeland mussels and radish, it makes for a fresh and exciting dish.

Curious to try it?
