It is located in one of the monumental rooms of the hotel and dates from the year 1885. Former 3-star Michelin chef Jacob Jan Boerma is at the helm of restaurant The White Room. The wonderful ingredients and creativity of De Boer ensure a perfect combination with the sour flavors and spices which Boerma is known for.
