Here it goes, a photo of one of the last dinners in our restaurant, my birthday.
Yes, the last one, because unfortunately we had to close our little, cute, delicious vegan kitchen.

Why? Because of the usual; too high rental and other costs. And we simply did not survive the construction site in front of our door, which made it almost impossible to reach our place for six months.

But we learned so much. Sounds cliché but it's true. Super proud of what we did and super happy that our relationship survived! Our regulars know that the two of us run the ship, and that brings complications.

So I'll continue cooking without Nèrys, I'll keep him private🥰. I love him so much and can't describe how grateful i am with his help these past 2 years. will focus on his music.

And I? I'm currently chilling in a sunny spot in Europe for a month and collecting my thoughts on the next steps.

Thank you so much for all your support and hopefully we'll meet soon in another vegan food related adventure of mine🙏💚

Hi insta friends, its been a while!
How are you all? We are doing well. We shifted our energy to catering and that is going really good.

After all the misery with the construction in front of our door, we are happy that we focus on catering. Our creative energy flows and we make beautiful food. Nice lunchen, lovely drink bites and plated dinners.

This on was at a sustainable tiny house party. We made all kind of bites, but offcourse almost no pictures...

We only do catering at the moment and that is going well! Its mainly me in my cooking zone, super zen!!!

These photo's are for a nice lunch we catered.

Healthy and glutenfree salades, little quiches and nice organic bread.

Na een relaxte zomer van uitrusten en nadenken hebben we een moeilijk besluit genomen; we gaan stoppen met ons restaurantje. We gaan ons volledig richten op catering en ik ga eindelijk de kookworkshops opzetten.

After a relaxed summer of rest and reflection we have made a difficult decision; we are going to close our restaurant. We will focus entirely on catering and I will finally set up the cooking workshops.

We also have delisious rosieandriffy cheese, cheese cookies, homebaked brownies, lemon meringue tarts and so much more.

Our petit garden is open today! Thursday till sunday from 12.00 till 20.00.

So what happend with the wednesday??? That is our flex day to prepair catering, making plans for the cookingclasses, do al the nasty work like administration and to chillex now and than.
So from now on, 9n the wednesday, our petit garden is closed.

And yes! We finaly got our permit to have seetings outside!!! (And inside aswell but no space left ther😅)

Het heugelijke feit is daar, we hebben onze terras vergunning! Het was even heel veel geduld en verwarring maar het is gelukt!

There it is, my first clubsandwich. As a longtime member of the crueltyfree club, i never ate a club sandwich. Today I had my first one! Made by me obviosly 😂 and I loved it!
We made nice crispy vegan facon and homemade tofu turckey (we will not call that furckey, right???)

Its todays and tomorrows sandwich, and we also have glutenfree bread as an option.
