This November, The Pizza Show takes over the Waalse Kerk, and we’re not coming alone. We’re teaming up with , one of the best pizzerias in the city (if we may say so ourselves).

What started as one tiny pizzeria in 2010 has grown into multiple spots across Amsterdam. Andrea, one of the owners, tells you more about the collab and… the pizza

Part 1: Some of the best pizza chefs we’ve worked with. Ranked among the best in Europe. Cooked in our kitchen. That’s the standard for who gets to fire our ovens. Each brought their own approach to pizza to The Pizza Show, giving our guests a taste of what they do best.

Last time we were in Rotterdam, we turned a church into the loudest dinner in the city. Next week, we’re doing it again but this time at Arminiuskerk.

New church. New chef. Ovens under the arches, long tables down the aisle and a five-course menu nobody gets to see until they sit down.

What actually happens at a Pizza Show? →

-You arrive at a venue you’d never expect to eat pizza in.
-You sit down at a long table with friends and new ones
Antipasti arrives. W**e keeps coming.
-A world-class pizza chef (usually 50 Top Pizza) fires pies out of an open kitchen right in front of you.
-Music kicks up. The room slowly turns from dinner into party.
-Somewhere around 11PM, dessert is served and nobody’s ready to leave.
-You leave with a full stomach and probably a new group chat.

That’s the show. Same every time. Different every time.

A church one weekend. A riding school the next. A tennis court in between. A rooftop after that. But always the same long white tables. Every Pizza Show is built inside a venue you didn’t expect to eat pizza in and that’s exactly the point.

One tennis court. Full Wimbledon White. Long tables baseline to baseline. Limoncello all evening. That was Sante Open; our late-summer moment before the ovens moved back indoors.

Summer’s not done until we say it is.

There’s a reason we call it a show..
Chefs working in the middle of the room. Ovens fired up in plain sight. Dough stretched, sauced and slid straight into the flames while you sit down for dinner. No mystery kitchen behind a wall; every pizza built in front of you, plate to plate.
The best seat in the house? Any of them.

Pizza, music, drinks; everything except a standard dinner. Long tables you don’t want to leave. Live Italian music that turns “when’s dessert” into “who’s DJ-ing next.” Chefs dancing between the ovens. A crowd that came for the pizza and stayed for everything after.

Throwback to the night with .madrid , the 2nd best pizzeria in Europe flying in to run our ovens for our 5 year anniversary. Two pizzas, two nights, one collab we’re still thinking about.
