🇳🇱🇳🇱Oyster season runs from September through to April and as we only work with the freshest products in the Netherlands, we a delighted to add the famous oysters from Zeeland to our menu again.🇳🇱🇳🇱

Zeeland has an excellent reputation and is known as “the land of oysters”. The Oosterschelde and the Grevelingenmeer lake have ideal salt levels, water temperature and purity for raising oysters. The oysters settle on the oyster beds and take between three to five years to mature before they are ready for consumption.👨‍🍳

Oysters from Zeeland have a salty, yet fresh flavour and are best enjoyed served with a hint of lemon.🍋
