How to make Bún chả Hà Nội - which was chosen by President Obama and Chef Anthony Bourdain during President Obama's visit in Vietnam in 2016:

Ingredients:

- Caramel sauce: Sugar, water

- Grilled Pork:pork shoulder or pork belly.

- Fish sauce, garlic, stalks of onions, honey, lemon juice, salt, oyster sauce, ground black pepper.

- Fresh herbs to serve: coriander, perilla, lettuce, Vietnamese balm...
