Just like Ukwa is reserved for the big men at an Igbo event, Inagha is the real MVP at an Akwa ibom event. If your Afia efere(white soup) and Afang soup don’t have Inagha in it, my sister, you never cook food be that.(Akwa ibom people, I lie, Abi I no lie)?

Anyways, if you are reading this, just know we are already in the fish market. Sourcing lots of dried sweet fishes. From, Inagha, Ukpek(eja abo), shinenose, red snapper, calabar stick fish…… just name it.
