Sometimes leave your house and your comfort zone to learn, network, and grow.

Today’s CEO Roundtable was a good reminder that growth does not happen only in the office, in the kitchen, or behind our phones. Sometimes you need to show up, listen, ask questions, connect with people, and expose yourself to new ideas.

I met amazing people, heard different business perspectives, and left with valuable lessons I can apply to both my career and May’s Chops.

Honestly, I almost stayed back in my comfort zone, but I’m glad I showed up. Every conversation may not bring immediate results, but every room has the potential to open a new door.

Here’s to learning, networking, and becoming better than yesterday. 💙✨
