Looking for experienced and professional event organizers to assist with planning, sponsorship, and ex*****on of The Art of Sports 2023 exhibition.

Smate & Smate International Limited is currently seeking event organizers who are passionate about art and sports and have a proven track record of executing successful events. The ideal candidate will be skilled in event planning, sponsorship procurement, marketing, and project management.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive event plan and budget

Securing sponsorships and partnerships to support the event

Managing vendor relationships and logistics
Overseeing marketing and promotional efforts

Managing on-site event operations, including set-up, ex*****on, and tear-down

Managing event staff and volunteers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or related field

Proven experience in event planning and ex*****on

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for art and sports
