Late last year, I made a conscious decision to upscale my skills and take my culinary journey more seriously. That decision led me to Hospitality Business School (HBS), Lagos.
I packed my bags and flew all the way from Owerri to Lagos, not knowing exactly how the journey would unfold, but knowing that I was ready to learn, grow and challenge myself. Five months later, I can confidently say that it has been an amazing and worthwhile experience. Every penny spent, every stressful moment, every early morning, every practical session and every new piece of knowledge has been worth it.

I have also learnt to approach my catering business with a stronger business mindset, not just as someone who loves to cook, but as a professional who understands the value of structure, quality and excellent service.
