Hey people. Trust we had a great weekend. Welcome to yet another wonderful week.

Today I bring you rice and beans jollof.

Do you like to flavor your rice with a touch of beans like I have it in this picture? Or do you prefer them in equal quantity?

Cooking them together, gives a unique great taste that makes you asking for more. And in the absence of other proteins like moi moi, or other accompaniments like salads or vegetables, Beans like this come in handy.
