This home made spring roll and samosa recipe was splendid.

Ingredients!

250ml flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4tsp nutmeg
1/4tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vannila essence or extract
1 tsp milk emulsion
250ml water

FIling

Carrot 4 medium carrot
Green pepper 2
Spring onion
Titus fish
Red onions
1 habanero pepper
Seasoning to taste

1&1/2 cup or 375ml of sesame flour or cake flour
1 cup or 250ml of cornflour
1/2 cup or 125ml of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1tsp of salt
1&1/2cup or 375ml of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of milk solution
1 tsp of pineapple essence
2 eggs
200ml cup of milk
