CBN can change currency by law without seeking approval from ministry of finance provided it gets permission from the president. But the president supervises CBN through ministry of finance. The same law put CBN under ministry of finance. To put clearly is like son with father and mother both are stakeholders in his life. He can get approval to do certain things in his life from his father,but the mother needs to be consulted because she is also a stakeholder.

What CBN did was to bypass the ministry of finance and seek approval from the president. It is a recipe for disaster which only the president can resolve. But the Buhari we know will just be an onlooker and the crisis will rage on.

If care is not taken the CBN governor will be the fall-guy in a power play. The minister of finance is not only senior to him she is a cabinet member of the government and certainly more powerful and closer to the president. She controls customs services,FIRS,NPA and NDIC. In short she controls the economy and can leverage on her power and cause his removal from office.

The chairman EFCC was a police officer that was supposed to operate independent of the police by law. But IG of police had removed him from office by assigning him new assignment. That is Nigeria for you. Despite the protection of the law, exercise caution and discretion in discharging your duties.

The month of Rabi al Awwal
Rabi ul Awal is the 3rd month in Islamic Calendar, also known as Hijri Calendar.

In Arabic, the word “rabi” means spring while “al awwal” means the first. Hence Rabi ul Awwal as a whole translates into 'The First Spring'.

Rabi ul Awal is the most significant month in the Islamic history, because humanity has been blessed in this month by the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ), which is the most significant and the most remarkable event in human history. So, this month is known as the month of birth of our beloved Prophet (ﷺ).

May Allah direct us all to the blessings of the Glorious Quran and the Sunnah of His Messenger (S.A.W.).

*HOW DO THE DEAD REALIZE THEY ARE DEAD*?

Just a reminder...

*Innalillahi wa Innailaihi Rajiun!!!

*The dead person does not realize that he died at the beginning. He feels himself dreaming of death, he sees himself crying, bathing, knotting himself and going down to the grave.

*He always has the impression of dreaming when he is piled up on the ground. He then screams but no one hears his scream.*

*Later, when everyone is dispersed and left alone underground, Allah restores his soul. He opens his eyes and wakes up from his "bad dream". At first he is happy and grateful that what he was going through was just a nightmare, and now he is awake from his sleep. Then he begins to touch his body, which has just been wrapped in a cloth, questioning it with surprise;*

"Where's my shirt, where are my underwear?"

Then he continues: "Where am I, where is this place, why the smell of dirt and mud everywhere, what am I doing here?"

*Then he begins to realize that he is underground, and what he is experiencing is not a dream! Yes, he realized he was really dead.*

He shouts as loudly as possible, calls: his relatives who, according to him, could save him:

"Razaq... !!!!"
"Abdullahi .... !!!!"
"Khadijah .... !!!!"
"Aisha .... !!!!"
"Uthman .... !!!!"
"Adam....!!!!"
No one answers him. He then remembers that Allah is the only hope right now. He weeps for Him and implores Him while asking His forgiveness;
"Yaa Allah! Yaa Allah! Forgive me Yaa Allah ... !!!

*He screams in an incredible fear that he had never felt before, during his lifetime.*

If he is a good person, two angels with a smiling face will sit him down to comfort him, then do him the best service.

*If he is a bad person, two angels will increase his fear and torture him according to his ugly acts.*

Oh Allah, forgive my sins and the sins of my mother, father, wife, children and all my family and friends.
