Meat pie recipe

🥧 Flour 600g
🥧 Margarine 250g
🥧 Salt pinch
🥧 Eggs 3 large size(2 for the dough, 1 for coating)
🥧 Irish potatoes 10 large sizes
🥧 Seasonings and spices for the meat.
🥧 Carrots 5 large sizes
🥧 Minced meat 1/2 a kilo (500g)
🥧 Onions (optional) 2 big sizes
🥧 Water to mix
🥧 2 Tbs of veg oil.

Preparation:

Steam your spiced minced meat until boiled and set aside.

Peel Irish potatoes and cut into cubes, boil until slightly soft.

Add carrot, not to be cooked to be too soft.

Add onions and other seasonings needed.

Add 2tbs of vegetable oil and mix together.

Bring down and allow to cool.

Mix your flour, salt, and margarine in a mixing bowl until properly mixed to make a slightly soft dough. Not too hard.

Allow to relax for 5 mins and then roll out to make a flat shape, use meat pie cutter to shape out, fill in with your fillings and set one a greased oven tray.

Coat the surface of the pie with egg, apply using soft brush to make the pie cracky.

Pre-heat the oven to 280°F, put the pie and bake for 35 minutes.

Your hit pie is ready 💃😋😋

Serve hot with chilled juice 🥤🧃😀
