🍓2 stick bananas a week
🍆2 eggs a week
🍏Only decaffeinated coffee
You can grill fish or make fish Pepper soup
🌾Rice puff cereals with allowed milk
Nakd bars once weekly for sweet cravings
🍎One a hand full of nuts only as lots of nuts are high in fat.. if you can't stick to a hand full then don't bother having nuts 😊
