PAWPAW
A specific chemical within pawpaw -- acetogenin -- is particularly effective at suppressing cancer.
Studies also reveal that pawpaw helps keep blood sugar down. It also lowers cholesterol count.
CUCUMBER
Cures diabetes, reduces cholesterol and controls blood pressure. Cucumber contains a hormone which is needed by the cells of the pancreas for producing insulin which has been found to be beneficial to diabetic patients. Researchers found that a compound called sterols in cucumbers may help reduce cholesterol levels. Cucumbers contain a lot of potassium, magnesium and fiber. These work effectively for regulating blood pressure. This makes cucumbers good for treating both low blood pressure and high blood pressure.
KIWIFRUIT
Kiwifruit has been shown to contain an antimutagenic component, helping to prevent the mutations of genes that may initiate the cancer process. Kiwifruit has also been shown to be an immune booster most likely due to its extremely high vitamin C content and its complement of antioxidant compounds.
APPLES
Apples contain phenols, which have a double effect on cholesterol. It reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. They prevent LDL cholesterol from turning into oxidized LDL, a very dangerous form of bad cholesterol which can be deadly.
PINEAPPLES
Since pineapples have anti-inflammatory qualities, eating pineapples can greatly alleviate the pain of arthritis, cuts, muscle pain, joint pain, and sprains making the fruit better than drugs. The presence of bromelain in the pineapple juice provides excellent antidote for cardiovascular disorders because of its ability to break down cholesterol compounds. In the upper respiratory tract, bromelain combats bronchitis and sinusitis. Bromelain is effective in healing stomach ulcers and indigestion while at the same time improve the condition by strengthening the bones. Apart from arthritis, it can also improve other similar conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and gout.

Watermelon contains the amino acids citrulline and arginine, which can help maintain arteries, blood flow and overall cardiovascular function. They help control your heart rate among other things they do.
GRAPES
Grapes are able to reduce the instance of cholesterol that causes heart disease, fight off some of the signs of aging and, according to research, reduce the possibilities of cancers. The health benefits of grapes include its ablity to treat constipation, indigestion, fatigue, kidney disorders, macular degeneration and prevention of cataract.

BANANA
