Dear Winning Parents,

Please note that it's very possible to be allergic to pineapple. if you're giving your child pineapple for the first time, kindly observe if there are any symptoms such as dizziness, swelling of the face, intense itching that occurs.

Also, allergies can go away, so after a while, you can try again. If the reaction remains the same, you can ahead and accept it as what it is!

However, there are fruits you can easily swap pineapple with if your child is allergic or simply doesn't like it. I'll put that up in my story.

Whenever you're making an order for your children please make sure you're sure of their preferences and allergies. And if you're introducing it for the first time, hype it well! 🤩

Citrulline is an amino acid which is found mostly in the white part, just below the skin of a watermelon. When consumed citrulline is converted to arginine which help synthesize nitric.oxide, which in turn helps lower blood pressure by dilating and relaxing your blood vessels.

Arginine has also been found to help with wound healing.
But you would have to consume 15cuos of watermelon to meet the recommended daily intake (RDI) for arginine. 🍉
