HOW TO PRESERVE YOUR COW SKIN POPULARLY KNOWN AS PONMO
1. Wash thoroughly to remove dirts and stones.
2. Select a preferred container and fill it up with fresh water.
3. Neatly place/arrange your cow skkn ( Kpomo) in the water
4. Cover and make sure it is well sealed.
5. Place this in your Freezer.
You can keep this as long as you like. The pictures and videos below is from a 6months preserved Kpomo.
NOTE: This works well when there's adequate power supply. This was achieved with a good constant power supply.
For Neat, fresh, non- smelling Cow skin, I recommend you try this out. I think it's a good idea for those who sell fresh Cow skin/ Kpomo in wholesale too. Good business idea 💡 👏

Chinchin Recipe
Measure and mix together
Ingredients
600g Flour
100g Sugar
200g Magarine
1tsp Nutmeg
100g Powdered Milk/ Milk flavour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 Salt
1/4 tsp Cinamon powder
1cup Water
Oil for frying

Directions
1 Sieve your flour in a bowl.
2. Add the dry ingredients, Nutmeg, sugar, Cinamon.
3. Add Magarine
4. Mix together to form finre bread crumbs.
5. Make a hole in the middle of the mixture.
6. Add water
7. Mix until the dough is smooth
8. Spread out on a claen, plain surface.
9. Flatten it out with your rolling pin.
10. Cut into desired shape.
Dry until golden brown .

When it comes to food, there is no wrong choice. However, you should be knowledgeable enough about Your choices and the implication on the goal you are trying to achieve. In this Article, we are going to compare the nutrition facts of Panla (Hake) with Titus (Mackerel) to see which one is more calorically efficient in its nutrient profile.

Calories in panla and alaran

🦈Mackerel is high calorie because of it’s very high levels of fat. It contains more fat than protein with 100g having ~ 25g fat and 18g protein. It is also a source of healthy Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat.

Where the consideration comes in for the average Nigerian diet is in portion size and oil layering. About 100-150g of high fat fish such as Mackerel is recommended per week. Most eat double that per meal.
Most of the beneficial fats are also present in the extra oil we add during our cooking process.

🦈Hake on the hand has similar protein of about 18g per 100g portion with ~ 1g of fat. This makes hake calorically efficient in nutrient profile.

Bottom line : for someone who is calorie conscious especially for Weight loss, Hake (Panla) might be a better choice. If you choose a fish like Mackerel (Titus), there is no reason to layer on any extra oil in cooking as it contains large amount of oil already. It’s also best not to consume it in large quantity.

Ans. Cockroaches are nocturnal by nature, so if you catch one roaming in your house during the day, there are chances that it was forced out of the nest due to overcrowding, which in turn suggests that you may have a roach infestation on your hands.

The best way to keep cockroaches away permanently is :

* To make the home less inviting.
* Make sure to keep the home clean, clean up food messes, take out trash at the end of the day,
* Seal any cracks or gaps around windows, doors and the foundation.
* FIx any issue that might lead to high moisture content within the home.
* Fix all pipe Chanel.

BAKING SODA
This method is a classic example of the fish and baits technique. A concoction of baking soda and sugar is an effective way to control the multiplication of these pests.
