I was fully dressed, Makeup done,Ready to go out. Then my stomach just said, “not today.” 😩😂
And honestly… bloating has embarrassed me more times than I can count.
Work days, Outings,Even simple plans.
There was a time I really thought something was wrong with me.
I tried eating less… still bloated.
I skipped meals… still bloated.
I tried different “quick fixes”… still bloated.
At some point, I was just tired. And confused.
Then I started paying attention to how food was actually affecting my body.

More confident again.
