I would never tell you, 'Today is the best I will ever be. ' I'm always trying to be a better chef, a better husband, a better dad, a better person. If you are a chef, no matter how good a chef you are, it's not good cooking for yourself; the joy is in cooking for others - it's the same with music. Food is not just eating energy, it an experience. As a soccer player, u wanted an FA Cup winner's medal. As an actor you want an Oscar. As a chef it's three-Michelin's stars, there's no greater than that. So pushing myself to the extreme creates a lot of pressure and a lot of excitement, and more importantly, it shows on my plate. Someone once told me, 'You have to be confident in who you are and what you're doing. Of course, you try to evolve. If you want to become a great chef, you have to work with great chefs. And that's exactly what I did and still doing. I'm not a celebrity chef. Not yet, am not on televisions, I'm a chef that happens to have natural gifted cooking hands and skills shows and a chef that happens to do social medias, am a chef that have the support of God, my mum, my Sister,my woman and of course those who appreciates and love wat I do, they called my customers, my fans my beneficiaries. But Grace speaks for some and dey became so famous and Rich not because they worked so hard for it or dey truly deserves it, it just Grace. The same Grace I pray for always Lord. Amen. @ Crystal Court Lekki, Lagos
