My niche? It will always, hands down, unequivocally & unashamedly be Finger foods 💯. The amount of details & work that go into those mini bites just to see the end result and the look on peoples faces when they have them? I won’t trade it for the world.

“Bad Guy”! Now I have found a nick name for our plantain & fish croquettes 😂. I absolutely love it when clients step out of the box and allow me to do my thing. 😍. It’s so refreshing.
Dear clients and prospective clients, our Canape menu was carefully curated; it may not be common but best know that these little bites give absolute pleasure and a feeling you never want to end.
If you want great aesthetics, too we g*t it. But please note that it will cost you money. Aesthetics isn’t cheap and that’s why we have different setup prices. Thank you.

I had a 12hr layover on my way back to Naija recently and oh boy, the amount I spent on food eh, I wan craze! 😩 but I paid.
Now if we can spend so much on non Nigerian & non organic meals, why are Nigerians in the diaspora now complaining that Nigerian food abroad is expensive? Anyway, that’s secondary.
Here’s my main question: why are there no Nigerian restaurants in foreign airports? Abi it’s only the airports I’ve been to ni? Please enlighten me, I wanna know because If you know how much I would have loved to snack on freshly fried, hot, crispy puffpuff or correct Smokey Jollof rice and peppered fish or even very spicy goat meat pepper soup. Ha, Olorun Oba oh.
