Foil plates are my easy go to for rice meals,
I have this surreal experience from my parent’s wedding (yes, I was there) when they served hot jollof rice in foil plates🥹 I can taste it even now!

It tastes so good, and this basically influenced my branding when we started back in 2020.
Our Ekpetiama Sauce was served mostly in foil plates, rice dishes!
They don’t survive soups though but we will continue to use them for rice meals.
