Tasty and Crunchy Nigeria buns.

Buns is one of the daily snack that almost every one like with the unique butter and milk taste

INGREDIENTS

* Flour 500g
* Sugar 1/2 cup
* Milk 3Tbs
* Eggs. 1
* Butter 1Tbs
* Water 1and 1/4.Cups
* Baking powder 1Tbs
* Oil for frying

PROCEDURE

Get a clean bowl

Measure your already sieved flour

Add sugar

Add your Baking powder

Mix all the dry ingredients very well

Add your butter and mix until is well combined

Make well in the center

Add your eggs and mix together

Dissolve your milk with one cup of water

Sprinkle your milk on your flour and mix with the tip of your fingers
For you to achieve the until it well combined and get your dough
Not too hard or not stick dough

Allow your dough to rest for 10 -20 minutes ready to fry
