What a week we've just had. Finally settling back into the norm after all the functions and special events for the 2015 Food Festival. Absolutely amazing seeing what a crowd we got and it's wonderful hearing all the good feedback from our many many visitors who enjoyed some or all of the events of the festival. Hats off to Rose Evans & Trina Shepherd for making it all happen for another year. Thank you Trina also for this pic of our very own Chef Paul's, from Norfolk Blue Restaurant Grill & Bar, creation for the Four Chefs Dinner. He did an awesome job on the slow braised mini beef pie. It's all in the detail, couldn't be happier with what he produced and so happy we have this photo to share with everyone!
It's over! The 2015 Norfolk Island Food Festival has officially finished.
Thank you to everyone who made it such a success - our committee, sponsors, organisers, helpers, chefs, cooks, local businesses, and anyone else who assisted, helped, encouraged and contributed. We couldn't have done it without you!
To those who attended our events - thank you! We do it all for you to experience Norfolk Island food at its finest.
