No jars. No sachets. Just house-made sauces.
Ever wondered what it is about the food at the Orb that really tickles your tastebuds? Not only is it the fresh, local produce we use - but the secret ingredient is starting from scratch.
Hollandaise, mayo, shakshuka, caesar, sweet Dijon mayo, tartare. All made in-house, full of flavour, the way it should be.
