Every morning we bake our croissants fresh. Some days, a few are left at closing time.

Instead of letting perfectly good croissants go to waste, we’ve found them a second calling.

We soak them in a rich French toast custard, cook them until golden, and finish them your way.

🍯 Sweet with whipped cream, blueberry compote and honey.

🥓 Or savoury with crispy bacon bits, Greek yoghurt, honey and toasted nuts.
