It has come to the attention of Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd that there are false, misleading and prejudicial allegations circulated regarding the brand, trade and products marketed and sold by Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd

Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd hereby announces that the allegations made are entirely baseless, false and without merit. Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd has always operated in strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and that its products adhere to all sanitary and health regulations.

Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd, in protection of its reputation and of its brand and products and in the interests of its stakeholders, licensees and customers, has instructed its solicitors to take such action as is necessary and to pursue available legal recourses against the parties responsible for orchestrating
and spreading false and malicious allegation which disruptive actions
are motivated in bad faith to unlawfully interfere with the brand,
trade, products and business of Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd.

Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd remains fully committed to serving our
communities with integrity and in delivering the highest standards
of operational excellence and will continue to pursue all actions
against all individuals and/or entities to preserve its goodwill and reputation and to ensure all seeking to sabotage its brand, trade,
products and its business operations will be compelled to
compensate Mr Tuk Tuk Sdn Bhd in having spread falsehoods
and in affecting its trade operations.
