โ€‹We went to our usual breakfast spot at lunchtime and noticed the food they serve for lunch is different!

โ€‹Too bad we had already eaten lunch elsewhere. Next time, insha'Allah we can try eating here. Restaurant ni sebelah masjid je, jadi sangat convenient kalau nak pergi lagi. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

โ€‹We ended a long day with some BBQ. Tender meat, a great selection of veggies, and tasty dipping sauces, Alhamdulillah. Like we even tried stinky tofu!

โ€‹Decided to head to the Yunnan Ethnic Village (ไบ‘ๅ—ๆฐ‘ๆ—ๆ‘) in Kunming, thinking we could see it all in an hour.

โ€‹We were dead wrong. The place was huge! From the traditional ethnic houses to the performances, there was so much to see.

โ€‹We eventually got hungry and, Alhamdulillah, were fortunate enough to find this Hui sister selling Kao Chuan (็ƒคไธฒ/lamb skewers). ๐Ÿคค

โ€‹If youโ€™re ever there, please do support her stall. She doesnโ€™t offer a wide variety, but it was the only halal spot there. Dia pun ada bagitahu belah luar ada restoran Cina Muslim, tapi kena keluar dari tempat tu.

Part 18: Yunnan Series

Let's continue with our Yunnan series clips! โ€‹Took local public transport to ่‹ๅณฐๆธ…็œŸๅ›žๅ‚ฃๆ‰‹ for lunch with the family. The restaurant looked good, but the food... the food totally blew us away. It was amazing and the portions were huge! We ended up bringing the leftovers back. The lunch was definitely well worth the money!
