Flour + Water = Autolyse for 1-2 hours.Flour + Water + Salt = Mix dough.Stretch & Fold = a smooth surface. Lamination = ...

Flour + Water = Autolyse for 1-2 hours.
Flour + Water + Salt = Mix dough.
Stretch & Fold = a smooth surface.
Lamination = spread out mixed seeds + olives. Coil Fold = a smoother surface top.
Final shaping = into banetton basket.
Final step = Baking + Dutch Oven.
All in main ingredients :-
Flour + Water + Salt = Sourdough Bread.

Crumbshots of the " Olive Seeded Sourdough ".
Heavenly delicious with thin crusty crust and soft moist texture and a little savoury taste when you bite into the olives. A great combination of the black olives and the mixed seeds. Yummilicious !
* Make sure you toast the seeds, yah !

Baking Sourdough bread for this week consumption especially breakfast. It's been a while since my last baked....lol.
Baked 3 loaves, stuffed with black olives, soaked black raisins, cranberries, candied Orange Peels and mixed seeds.

Yesterday cooked one delicious pumpkin rice pot. By using rice pressure pot, it's so easy and no fuss at all.
