Because of this!!!

We are OFFICIALLY BANNED any other FOODS & DRINKS (EXCEPT FOR BIRTHDAY CAKE) from outside brought to our cafe.

At first, we did not allow outside food or beverages at all. However, some customers argued that they had already purchased something from our café, so they felt it should be acceptable.

Others were unhappy when we politely reminded them of our policy. We have placed clear "No Outside Food & Drinks" signs from the entrance right to every table, but it still happens.

After much consideration, we've decided to be more flexible. Customers may bring outside food and drinks, but a service charge of RM5 per item brought in will apply. This is the best compromise we can offer.

If this arrangement is still unacceptable, we sincerely apologize.

Our business depends on food and beverage sales to survive. Those sales help us cover operating costs, pay our staff, and continuously improve our café to provide a better experience for every customer.

Imagine this: We have 15 tables, but only 1 table orders food and drinks from us while the other 14 tables consume items brought from outside, how can we sustain our business?

If this becomes a regular occurrence, it would be extremely difficult for us to continue operating.

For your info, we do sell a bunch of selection from coffee, non-coffee, mocktail, ice blended and foods to choose from.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support for local F&B businesses.
