The story of MISSING KITCHEN started off as just a chef’s dream. As a child, not only had she dreamt of seeing the world but also tasting its flavours. It was at this point which she realised that something was missing from this world - a kitchen that can serve everything. She believes that there are others in this world that also share a similar dream as her. So, in or
der to realise this dream of hers, she has decided to take the first step to create a restaurant that is able to do so. She travelled the world to taste its flavours and received training from master chefs around the world to gain more knowledge and improve her own skills to help realise her dream. After gaining the skills she needed, she faced the problem of transforming her dream into reality. After spending a long period of time searching for the answer, she had finally discovered a method that could make eating everything in this world in a single meal possible - "BUFFET". That's how the name MISSING KITCHEN was born, MISSING KITCHEN was something missing in the world and now has become a Fine Dining Buffet Restaurant able to serve international cuisine from around the world.
