Our espresso based drinks are now served with Brazil Rancho Chameleon. Produced by Jose Carlos & Flavio Reis in Sul de Minas, Brazil. Expect a smooth, medium body with a balanced profile of nutty flavours and delicate fruit sweetness. Easy drinking, comforting, and just a little playful.

Lately, our Basque Cheesecake has been moving a little faster than usual. What used to be one whole cake lasting almost a week, now turns into one cake a day.

We didn’t change much. Still the same recipe, baked in-house. A lightly burnt top for that subtle caramel note, and a soft, creamy center that keeps it balanced and not too heavy.

Maybe it’s the pairing with coffee? Maybe it’s the texture or maybe some of you just keep coming back for another slice.

Either way, we see it, and we appreciate it.
