BAHAN A:
1 ½ cawan tepung beras https://s.shopee.com.my/9A8usSoIYC
1 sudu makan tepung ubi https://s.shopee.com.my/9zi1s3jzW8
1 sudu teh air kapur
1 cawan air
BAHAN B:
½ cawan gula pasir
½ cawan gula merah https://s.shopee.com.my/3LB7vsC5Nw
1 cawan air
2 helai daun pandan (disimpul)
BAHAN C:
1 cawan kelapa parut
Secubit garam
1 helai daun pandan (disimpul)
CARA MEMASAK:
1.Masak BAHAN B sehingga semua gula larut.
2.Didihkan air kukusan. Kukus BAHAN C sekejap.
3.Satukan BAHAN A. Gaul sebati.
4.Masukkan BAHAN B yang sudah disejukkan. Gaul kemudian tapis.
5.Sapu sedikit minyak masak pada acuan kuih lompang.
6.Tuang adunan ke dalam acuan.
7.Kukus 10 minit. Sejukkan.
8.Keluarkan dari acuan dan tabur BAHAN C di atasnya. Sedia dihidang.
INFO CHEF:
Seimbangkan rasa lemak kepala parut dengan garam. Jangan terlalu masin.
