Instagram: https://instagram.com/casatiti11/ It is about 1.5 – 2.0 hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur. The major livelihood of Titi rested upon its many rubber plantations, orchards and farms. The orchards produced loads of pineapple, sugar cane, durian and banana. Plenty of greens, peanuts and melons from the farms. Also fresh water fishes from the ponds. My brothers and I had a fun-filled childhood as we roam freely, exploring the vast expanse of the green surroundings. Food was in abundance during harvest season. We had always enjoyed mum’s home-cooked food using local fresh produce. This is where my passion for cooking developed. I intend to put my culinary skill to work, sharing some yummy and healthy food with you!
