Hi hi, as we all know tomorrow is Malaysia Day (HAPPY HOLIDAY!!) As usual, on public holiday, we will be opening slightly later at 9:30am, operation will be back to usual afterwards. (We are close on Thursday as usual ya 😁😁)

Kimchi Chicken Floss Cake with Spring Onion Cream Cheese
This is a savoury pound cake made with kimchi and chicken floss then paired with a spring onion cream cheese to balanced out the overall flavour

This cake came to life mainly because one of our customer had it somewhere else and wonder if we could recreate something similar, and safe to say, we love this one! Something different but definitely worth a try, if you're a fan of savoury cakes, you'll love this one (tbh, it is very similar to the chicken floss cake if you ever had it before)

We've been selling our original Shiopan and Chocolate Shiopan for quite some time and had been meaning to make a different flavour.

Made with ceremonial matcha, matcha shiopan dough top with a crispy layer of matcha to double the matcha-ness on it.

Lemon Tart 🍋
This is our traditional lemon.
Different from the lemon tart that you get outside where they usually made with cream cheese and lemon curd to let it chilled.

This is made this using cream, egg, sugar and lemon juice, then baked it! Sort of like the egg tart that you get outside! Definitely one of our favourite here.
